Marriage contract, 1890
Marriage contract dated February 23, 1890, [in which the bride's and groom's names cannot be deduced as the document is missing some parts] with a mahr of 70 tumans. The marriage was conducted by Mirza ʻAbd al-Javad, their attorney. The mahr includes: two houses for seven tumans, two outfits either handmade or bought for six tumans, a set of bedding for two tumans, carpets and felts for three tumans, one fourth of the water usage of a qanat for fifteen tumans, one fourth of the water usage of another qanat and the springs of Gardanah Shir for ten tumans, two mans [each man equals three...

Settlement of properties inherited from Zaynab Bibi, 1858
After the death of Zaynab Bibi (the daughter of ʻAbd al-Rasul and wife of Aqa Mirza known as Aqa ʻAbd al-Saniʻ), all of her belongings and properties were transferred to her husband because she had no children with him. He owned them for a while, after which he settled his ownership rights to these properties to Sayyid Muhammad, the son of Sayyid Jaʻfar, for 12 tumans. February 28, 1858.

Zayn al-ʻAbidin's power of attorney, 1827
Zayn al-ʻAbidin has appointed his nephew Sayyid Muhammad (son of Sayyid ʻAli Asghar) as his attorney to calculate the portion of the water flow that Aqa Muhammad Baqir, the tenant, has usurped illegally. On behalf of Zayn al-ʻAbidin, Aqa Sayyid Muhammad has the right to solve the problem with the least leeway to the new water bed and without any loss to the waqf. December 19, 1827.
